Indonesia Launches Digital Arrival Card

In our spotlight on the APAC series, we round up the latest developments across the Asia Pacific Region. In this post, we look at the recent updates on Indonesia’s Immigration online Arrival Card.

The Indonesian government has introduced the ‘’All-Indonesia’’, a unified digital portal design to simplify the Immigration Arrival Card, Customs Declaration, and Health Declaration into a single form for all travellers entering the country.

Effective 1 September 2025, the ‘’All-Indonesia’’ will apply to Ngurah Rai International Airport (Bali), Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (Jakarta), Juanda International Airport (Surabaya), and several seaports: Batam Center, Batam Nongsapura, Bengkong, Citra Tritunas, Sekupang, and Teluk Senimba.

Travellers can complete the digital form via the official website allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or by downloading the “All Indonesia” mobile app, available on both the App Store and Google Play Store  up to three days before their arrival, and group registration is available for passengers traveling together on the same flight. APEC Card holders and foreign ship crew members may select “No Visa” in the application and will be provided with manual assistance from airport officers. Once the form is submitted, the “All Indonesia” system automatically generates a unique QR code, which is sent to the traveller’s registered email address. This QR code must be presented to authorities upon arrival in Indonesia.

For Airports that are not yet integrated into the system will continue to require the manual Arrival Card and the Electronic Customs Declaration, which remains accessible.
