Ben Sheldrick

Ben Sheldrick is Managing Partner of Magrath Sheldrick’s immigration practice, which focuses in particular on corporate and business immigration issues. Ben is recognised as a leading immigration expert by the legal community and is listed in Legal 500 and Chambers Directory for his expertise in immigration law and, in particular, his experience of the financial services sector. Ben’s client base spans numerous other sectors, including media, industry and professional services. 

As immigration counsel to major multi-national institutions, Ben has spoken on numerous occasions at international legal and global mobility conferences. He is an active member of the global immigration committees of the International Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyer’s Association and the International Association of Lawyers. He is a technical lead and trainer on global immigration issues for the Expat-Academy. Ben has managerial oversight of the Singapore practice and ensures that the standard of service delivered mirrors that of the highly successful practice in the UK.
